headshot_roundedHere at PowerFull Fitness, one of my goals is to help you navigate your crazy busy life with your kids so you can make smart, healthy decisions for your whole family.  Making sustainable, healthy life decisions is not always easy to do when your schedule is jam-packed to the brim.  My hope is that by providing you with some quick and easy recipes that I use in my own home, you can find some that work for your busy family too.  We are not talking about diets here.  We are talking about clean food that you can feel good about feeding the whole family.  Do my kids always enjoy everything I make? No.  Do I always feed them every dinner I make? No.  Am I doing my best to make smart, balanced decisions that are right for my family?
