Here’s what you need to know:

1. If you are a current PowerFull Fitness member, you can use any of your passes or memberships to get In the Zone.  No extra passes necessary!

2. If you are not a current PowerFitness member, check out this $30 for 30 days of unlimited classes pass. This is a great way to come check out our classes In the Zone and also get access to any of our other classes in Springfield, Burke, and Kingstowne.  Click here to see those classes.

3. Once you’ve purchased your pass, BOOK the classes you want to take so we can be prepared for your visit!

In the Zone Boot Camp

Mondays 11:00-11:45

Use your PowerFull Fitness Pass ($30 for 30 Days, Summer Class Pass, or Tiered Membership) and workout in a dedicated trampoline area while kids enjoy full access to Sky Zone!  

Kids will need to have a season pass for Sky Zone access or purchase a ticket for Sky Time. Sky Zone also currently has an UNLIMITED jump summer pass program offered for a LIMITED time you can purchase here!

Class Description

In the Zone Boot Camp is a total body workout consisting of plyometric, cardio, and strength training exercises.  The core of the workout will be circuit training with a combination of strength training and cardio for maximum results.  Each class the workout will be different but will always work every major muscle group and increase the heart rate for awesome after class burn.  Workouts may involve push ups, squat jumps, burpees, and sprints and of course TRAMPOLINES. The workouts are designed so that each person sees their strength increase week after week and your heart rate will be In the Zone.


In the Zone Barre Fusion

Thursdays 9:30-10:15 am TODDLER TIME

Use your PowerFull Fitness Pass ($30 for 30 Days, Summer Class Pass, or Tiered Membership) and workout in various areas inside of Sky Zone during Sky Zone’s Toddler Time.  

Because we are working out during Toddler Time, kids attending will need to stay in the SAME area as the parent. There will be no Sky Zone Staff on duty for child watching and climbing walls will not be open.  

Get your kiddo a pass for Toddler Time and spend the first half working out and then enjoy the second half of toddler time running and playing with your toddler all over Sky Zone.

Class Description

In the Zone Barre Fusion is designed to combine the best of barre, piyo, pilates, and low impact cardio to give you a total body workout while increasing cardiovascular endurance.  Class will focus on total body strength training with intermittent cardio (hello trampolines!) for maximum results. Major attention will be given to powerhouse muscle groups including abdominals, glutes, quads, and lower back.  This 45 minute class is the perfect way to get an all over workout in a low impact environment. We will combine PiYo sections with particular muscle groups to work each muscle to failure. We will focus on toning with an emphasis on large muscle groups.  Using trampolines, bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, body barres and everything in between – we will work so that everyone leaves with a total body burn out and definitely with a heart rate that is In the Zone.

Saturdays 8:45 am – 9:45 am

Because we are working out BEFORE the park opens, any kids attending can come for FREE but will need to stay in the SAME area as the parent. There will be no Sky Zone Staff on duty for child watching and climbing walls will not be open.  

Class ends RIGHT when the park opens so stay and be the first to purchase your jump pass and let your kiddos jump away. Sit down after your workout and let your kids have some fun! Sky Zone also currently has an UNLIMITED jump summer pass program offered for a LIMITED time you can purchase here!
