As we work together to enter our new normal, please keep in mind the following information. Per the Virginia Governor’s Guidelines and Mandates:
No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted at in-person classes.
PowerFull Fitness will indicate and separate individual fitness stations to ensure ten feet of separation between members and guests. No shared equipment will be used.
We kindly ask you to screen yourselves before attending class. Take note: How are you feeling?
- are currently experiencing fever (100.4 ℉ or higher)
- have a new cough that cannot be attributed to another health condition
- have a new shortness of breath that cannot be attributed to another health condition
- have new chills that cannot be attributed to another health condition
- have a new sore throat that cannot be attributed to another health condition
- or have new muscle aches that cannot be attributed to another health condition or specific activity (such as physical exercise)
Please stay home.
At PowerFull Fitness, we will work to ensure instructors and all participants of classes maintain at least ten feet of physical distancing between each other at all times.
Since wearing a mask may inhibit your exercise functions, participants at outdoor PowerFull Fitness classes do not have to wear a mask while exercising. Please use your best judgement for when to wear a mask outside of instructional time.
Our Current Schedule of Classes:
All locations are outdoors and weather dependent. If weather prevents class from being in-person, a virtual option will be provided. Be sure to sign up as changes will be sent via text one hour prior to class (cancellations due to weather). Classes must have a minimum of three attendees signed up before 8:30 pm the night prior to the class.
FLEX Options in 2021
As we move into 2021, we want you to know that we see you. We see the various ways you are having to adjust your schedule to accommodate remote learning, homeschool, work and all of the above. We want to be able to FLEX with you this year. Please read below for all the ways we are hoping we can serve you. No matter what your situation, we are working to have a class option for you. If you have questions, please email us.
We will continue to live stream the majority of our classes so if you are unable to join us “in person” you can still workout in “real time” from your home. See the schedule here to check out which classes are in person, streamed, or both! You can use your regular tiered membership to attend any of these classes!
Virtual PowerFull Fitness
If you can’t make it to live classes, then this is the next best thing! For $15 a month, this option gives you UNLIMITED access to our virtual PowerFull Fitness portal even if you do not have a PF membership. Once you’ve purchased send an email us to let us know you are ready for access to the portal. Our Facebook Portal has dozens of pre-recorded workouts you can access in your own time from Barre to Kickboxing, Boot Camp and Pilates. Just log in when you’re ready, hit play, and get your workout done. One new workout is added each week for variety.
Personalized Flex Account
If you want access to our current classes and all your fave classes (and not just one new release a week) but are unable to attend at the offered times, this option is for you.
Here’s how it works:
- You pick the Tier Membership you want based on how many classes you want access to per week.
- You tell us which class recordings you want access to from the list of available classes.
- On Sunday, you will receive a document with the links to the recorded classes so that you get something new each week ready to go.
- You have one week to do them before the links expires (this is the part that keeps you accountable like taking the classes in real time).
- You have the entire week to do those workouts at a convenient time for you (6:30 am, 7:00 pm etc).
- The following Sunday the link expires and you get a new link to new classes for the upcoming week.
