This week’s bonus workout installments focus on our FUN theme with a Kettlebell Workout. Here at PowerFull Fitness we know how to have a good time. Did you catch the last workout? I pulled this one out of the archives because it’s something totally different than what we normally put on. Currently there are no live classes with kettlebell equipment. Maybe in the future? What do you think?
One of our instructors is a pro at kettlebells and often our ladies ask for more kettlebell workouts to do at home. I am not a kettlebell expert so she put together a routine and demo video for us. The video shows some basic kettlebell moves that can be combined into a great mini circuit or repeated multiple times for a total workout.
Check out this video to see all the moves and the correct forms. Remember to check your reps and be sure you are using a safe weight!
