Tabata Style Plate Workout

We hope you enjoyed our last at home workout series! We’ve gotten great feedback and are excited to offer a new series based on things you may find at home while we all do our part to #stayhome. First up is a Tabata Style Plate Workout featuring… paper plates! Don’t have paper plates? No problem. You can use glider moving disks, plastic storage container lids, folded dish towels, or even just your socks.

This is your weekly check-in. How are you holding up? We’ve been celebrating 5 years of PowerFull Fitness this month and now more than ever we are so grateful for this wonderful community of women we have built. It has been a wild, inspiring, challenging, hilarious, beautiful ride. Some of you have been with us since day 1, some are new and we welcome you with open arms. We have seen your children grow, we have seen you grow children! We have supported each other through life changes, hurricanes, and now pandemics and I have never been so proud of you and us!

Take a look at this PowerFull Fitness Instructor’s simple and effective workout you can do with two paper plates.
